Buffalo Chicken Wing Sauce

Real Buffalo Wing Sauce

Hot Pepper Sauce (Frank's Red Hot for the original taste) - 2/3 cup
Butter Unsalted - 1/2 cup
Vinegar White - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Worcestershire Saucee - 1/4 tsp
Cayenne Pepper - 1/4 tsp
Garlic Powder - 1/8 tsp
Salt - To Taste

Instructions

Combine hot sauce, butter, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, garlic powder, and salt in a pot over medium heat. Bring to a simmer while stirring with a whisk. As soon as bubbles form along the sides of the pan, remove from heat and whisk until smooth. Set aside for use.
