Energy Balls for Long Distance Cycling

Energy balls to pack when going on long rides. Slow sustained energy. Makes 12 balls.

Whole Rolled Oats - 100 grams + extra for coating
Dates - 250 grams
Chia Seeds - 50 grams
Cacao Nibs - 40 grams
Agave Syrup - 50 grams

Instructions

Combine and process ingredients in a food processor with the blade. Roll 40 gram pieces into balls coating the outside with the extra oats. Store in a container in the fridge. Pack them in a zip lock or other container for your ride.
