Honey Mustard Sauce

A sweet honey mustard sauce that can be used as a glaze and made with the Simple Mustard recipe.

Dijon Mustard or Mustard Made from Simple Mustard Recipe - 1/2 cup
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Honey - 1/2 cup
Garlic Powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together. Warm in microwave 30 sec if nessary to blend.

Example Usages:

  1. Glaze pork roast last 1/2 hr of cooking.
  2. Make a smooth gravy with 1 cup water and cornstarch mixture for desired consistency.
