Steak Marinade For Grilling

4-6 Hours

Vegetable Oil - 1/2 Cup
Soy Sauce - 1/3 Cup
Red Wine Vinegar - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Lemon Juice - 2 Tbsp
Worcester Sauce - 1 1/2 Tbsp
Dijon Mustard - 1 Tbsp
Ground Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Steak - 1 1/2 Lbs

Instructions

In a medium bowl, mix the oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, and ground black pepper. Place meat in a shallow glass dish. Pour marinade over the steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours.

To grill the steak:

Heat the grill to medium-high heat (when you can't hold your hand 2 inches above the grill for more than 2 seconds). Oil the grill grate. Place steaks on the grill, and discard the marinade. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness.
